Everyday I work hard to ensure my kids grow up to become the best versions of themselves possible. I’m Simply a Dad who wants to see his family happy and healthy. Join me, as I share the lessons I’ve learned on the journey towards health, hope, & healing. (Read More about my story here)
I struggled with poor health for decades, but my oldest son’s autism diagnosis started me down an alternative path. It was a path that taught me how to better care for him. Not only that, it was a path that showed me how to better care for myself as well. Now, I want to help others find that path and teach them what I have learned.
My mission is simple. I want to make the road to better health & healing easier for all families.
ImSimplyaDad.com is geared towards parents and families. As an autism Dad, a good portion of my writing relates in some way to special needs parenting, but anyone looking to improve their health and wellness can benefit from my site.
The road to good health & healing starts with diet. Eating well doesn’t have to be hard, and it doesn’t have to taste like cardboard.
