Valuable Websites & Blogs
(aside from this one of course)
There are so many websites out there that provide guidance and support. These are the 3 that I frequent the most, and they cover the range from diet, science, & practical advice.
Nourishing Hope One of the BEST sources on the web when it comes to diets for autism. The road to recovery starts with diet. I am a firm believer in the power of diet and Mrs. Julie Matthews is one of the best and brightest our community has to offer.
Mercola Dr Joseph Mercola has been a leader in the natural health movement from the start. His website has been around since the start of the internet. (seems like) He has over 1 million subscribers and there is a good reason why. His site is the #Natural Health website and the good doc is not afraid to fight the good fight for us all.
Wellness Mama One of the best blogs out there and one of my favorites. Katie’s goal is to help families live more naturally through practical tips, real food recipes, natural beauty and cleaning tutorials, natural remedies and more.

How to End the Autism Epidemic This is a newer podcast that I just discovered, but it is very good. “If you open your mind and listen closely, the truth will be revealed. Join your host, JB Handley, in discussing How to End the Autism Epidemic.”
